Gavin Reub

Gavin Reub is a Seattle-based multidisciplinary director, producer, and dramaturg. He is the Artistic Director of The Seagull Project, for which he has directed at ACT Theatre, Intiman Theatre, Hugo House, Lewis and Clark College, and the Ilkhom Theatre in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Gavin was the Co-Founder of Umbrella Project, a new play accelerator. He was a founding member of the interdisciplinary group Cheat Day. He currently teaches at Path With Art, and Seattle University. He graduated from the University of Washington, is a member of artsEquity, a 2021 resident artist at Jack Straw Cultural Center, and a member of the 2014 Lincoln Center Directors Lab.
