The New Harmony Project recognizes the importance of a multiplicity of perspectives required for an effective governing board of directors. The New Harmony Project commits to:
● Immediately recruiting an additional 4 BIPOC board members.
● Working towards majority BIPOC, female, transgender, or gender non-conforming board membership.
TIMELINE: Initial board member recruitment within 12 months. Majority board member adjustment by end of 2023.
