The New Harmony Project will engage Artistic Logistics and Equity Quotient to facilitate a 7-month, equity centered strategic planning process and antiracism training.
As part of our strategic planning work, we will identify new programmatic opportunities and operational infrastructure. Once this work is complete, we will begin the process of redesigning our application process from beginning to end.
We recognize that we have not done enough to raise awareness of the colonization of the land that we occupy and offer respect and acknowledgement to the Indigenous communities from whom that land was stolen.
The New Harmony Project recognizes the potential burden and exclusivity of holding programs in a region with a long history of racism, injustice, and inequity.
